"We didn't mess with W.D.": A hairy finish to our series with James Colzie

In his new book, Warrick Dunn (aka W.D.) says that FSU was his extended family. He talks about how Coach Bowden and Charlie Ward, in particular, helped him through the grieving process after his Mom, a Baton Rouge police officer, was killed on the job.

But there's one thing Warrick left out of his account of those days at FSU: How he escaped a certain humbling tradition that freshman players had to go through. Teammate James Colzie brings us that story in the audio clip below. He also talks about the bond forged among the guys from "Nine-Tres," who wear the rings and share the memories from winning Florida State's first national championship.
