« The Day FSU Kicked a Field Goal to Beat Miami in the Orange Bowl | Main | Movin' On Up: Dedrick Dodge jumps from 1-B high school coach to college coordinator »

Lane Fenner is or was a teacher. I had him as a teacher for Chemistry and Math. When I was in highschool. He is the reason I am in college now! As a naive teenager I would have had nothing good to say about him, but he is one of the few people in my life that encouraged me to ever do anything for myself. It is a shame he didn't get what he deserved. He is a good man, and even before I read this I regret being the bratty little shit I was. I never got much of a chance to thank him for the help he gave me. Hope he knows he at least changed history for one person... I will be recieving my first degree in spring 2011, and starting my second the following fall...
